General Questions
Each of our fully-narrated tours are unique, but they are all best described as part scenic and part amusement. Our knowledgeable boat pilot will slow things down to tell you about geological and historical points of interest, point out wildlife, and provide extraordinary photo opportunities.
May 1 through September. Season ends depending on water levels.
They are not mandatory on any of our tours. Upon request, we provide standard and plus size adult life-jackets at the boarding dock. The boat is equipped with enough emergency life-jackets for boat capacity.
We suggest layers, weather appropriate clothing.
Whatever you bring is at your own risk. Peace River Adventures will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal items.
TO BRING: Bottled water (no glass) Sunglasses Hat Sunscreen Cash to purchase snacks, drinks, and gratuities for your jet boat pilot etc. Cell phones, cameras and binoculars.
What’s not allowed: Guns, knives and weapons of any kind are not permitted. Disrespectful or obnoxious behaviour. Please respect yourself and others at all times. Smoking/ vaping Alcohol No glass containers
Check-In & Boarding Questions
Ideally, 15 minutes before your trip.
Please bring your Reservation Confirmation Identification.
All passengers must sign a waiver before getting on to the boat. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver.
Cancellation Policy, Trip Protection
Tickets are non-refundable (exceptions below).
The purchaser may request a cancellation and 100% refund of the ticket price up to 24-hours from the time of ticket purchase more 48-hours prior to departure. Refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment. Booking fees will not be refunded.
The date/time/tour type may be changed up to 48-hours prior to trip departure.
Guest Services & Safety:
Our Wanderer boat and loading dock are both wheelchair-accessible. Due to weight and water conditions, powered wheelchairs cannot of on the boat. However, we do offer standard wheelchairs (upon availability).
Our crew will kindly offer to cancel your tour following our ticket policy procedures.
Guests safety is our number one priority. If you choose to not follow the pilot’s instructions, you may not be allowed back on the boat.
