Campground Waiver Campground Liability Waiver Peace River Adventures Campground Liability Waiver Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability By signing this waiver, I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that camping involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, exposure to wildlife, changing weather conditions, fire hazards, and potential injury while using campground facilities. I accept full responsibility for my safety and the safety of all individuals in my party. Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Peace River Adventures, its owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death that may occur during my stay on the premises, regardless of cause, including the negligence of the released parties. Loss or Theft: I understand that Peace River Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. It is my responsibility to secure all valuables and belongings. Fire Hazardous Materials and Conduct: I agree not to bring fire hazardous materials or equipment onto the property. I understand that Peace River Adventures may require the removal of any materials or equipment they deem hazardous. Failure to comply may result in removal. Compliance with Campground Rules: I agree to follow all campground rules and regulations, including those related to cleanliness, quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM), garbage disposal, vehicle restrictions, and respectful conduct toward other guests and staff. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Peace River Adventures to seek appropriate medical assistance.
