Check In & Check Out:

Check in is at 12pm and check out is at 11am.

Vehicles

Maximum two vehicles per site.
No inoperable vehicles allowed. Any such vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
All vehicles must be parked in designated areas and not block access roads or other campsites.
Vehicles must travel at 5km/hr throughout the campground.

Site Maintenance

Campsites must be kept clean and tidy.
Garbage and recycling must be stored inside your RV/motorhome or disposed of in the campground bins.
Do not leave trash or food outdoors, as this attracts wildlife.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially music, generators, and loud voices.
Excessive noise is grounds for eviction.

Fire Safety

Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits.
Follow all local fire bans and restrictions.
Fire hazardous materials and equipment are prohibited and must be removed immediately if deemed unsafe by Peace River Adventures.

Guest Conduct

Be respectful and courteous to other guests and campground staff.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Conflicts, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, threats, or any aggressive, threatening, or confrontational conduct will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.
You are responsible for the behavior of your guests and visitors.
NO smoking or vaping in public areas

Pets

Pets must be leashed at all times.
Owners must clean up after pets.
Aggressive or excessively noisy pets may result in eviction.

Utilities

Be mindful of electricity and water use.
Damage to utility hook-ups or intentional misuse will be charged to the guest.

Campground Facilities

Use all amenities and infrastructure as intended.
Any damage caused by misuse may result in charges or eviction.

Valuables and Liability

Peace River Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
All campers are encouraged to secure valuables.
Camp at your own risk.

Emergency and Support

For campground concerns, emergencies, or assistance, contact Peace River Adventures management directly.

Additional Terms

All guests must sign a liability waiver.
Peace River Adventures reserves the right to amend or enforce these rules as needed to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.

For Long Term Stays prices will reflect regular site prices and an administration fee will be charged.

Peace River Adventures Campground Liability Waiver
Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By signing this waiver, I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that camping involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, exposure to wildlife, changing weather conditions, fire hazards, and potential injury while using campground facilities. I accept full responsibility for my safety and the safety of all individuals in my party.
Release of Liability:
I hereby release and hold harmless Peace River Adventures, its owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death that may occur during my stay on the premises, regardless of cause, including the negligence of the released parties.
Loss or Theft:
I understand that Peace River Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. It is my responsibility to secure all valuables and belongings.
Fire Hazardous Materials and Conduct:
I agree not to bring fire hazardous materials or equipment onto the property. I understand that Peace River Adventures may require the removal of any materials or equipment they deem hazardous. Failure to comply may result in removal.
Compliance with Campground Rules:
I agree to follow all campground rules and regulations, including those related to cleanliness, quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM), garbage disposal, vehicle restrictions, and respectful conduct toward other guests and staff.
Medical Treatment:
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Peace River Adventures to seek appropriate medical assistance.
