Alana Bergeron

Hi, I’m Alana, and I’m one of the crew members at Peace River Adventures. I grew up in the Lower Mainland, surrounded by lakes and the ocean. That’s where I developed a deep love for ecology, wildlife, cultural history and how everything is connected. I have always been obsessed with the natural world and making the earth a better place.

I have a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley, which sparked my interest in tourism, marketing and wild environments. I also learned a lot about river knowledge from my work with Mighty Peace Tourism and from my husband, who is also a river guide.

When I’m not guiding, you will find me learning, observing and exploring this amazing region we call home. I have a passion for travel and adventure, and I rarely say no to a new challenge or opportunity. I look forward to sharing the Peace Region with you and making your trip unforgettable.

Felix Bergeron

Hi, I’m Felix, and I’m one of the awesome river guides and the boat mechanic for Peace River Adventures. I was born and raised in the Peace Region, and it’s been my home for 45 years. I moved away a couple of times but I always came back to this beautiful place.

I’m the product of a very ingenious beekeeper father and a resourceful librarian mother. I started taking things apart and wondering how everything works at a very young age, and my interest for everything mechanical has only flourished over time.

My passion is more river boats than rivers, but one doesn’t exist without the other. This started with overhearing conversations between my uncle and my dad about his boat racing adventures, then one family reunion I went on his boat and was forever hooked.

I’ve always been very comfortable in nature and prefer being outdoors. Exploring is definitely great brain food for me. I’ve been river boating for 31 years, and I have many stories about many different adventures that I love sharing with others.

I’ve owned and operated an automotive performance and marine shop in the Peace Region for 26 years. I’m a certified red seal Automotive Service Technician. I’m also a proud father of four beautiful girls and so grateful to be married to Alana. We have many things in common, including the desire to wander and explore this beautiful planet. I also happen to be bilingual, so if you are looking for an adventure in French, you’ve come to the right place!

Myley and Madyson

Myley and Madyson have a passion for river boating and nature. They have grown up on the river, and they know its secrets and wonders. They are eager to learn more about the tourism industry, and they will be assisting on some tours as guides and helpers. They love to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with the guests, and they always have a smile on their face. Myley and Madyson are an asset to Peace River Adventures, and they look forward to meeting you on your next adventure.

Isla & Indy

Isla and Indy are the twin daughters of Felix and Alana, and they have a love for river boating and nature. They have grown up on the river, and they enjoy being out on the water. They will sometimes be aboard helping where they can, and this will be part of their homeschool curriculum. They are very adventurous and nature lovers, and they like to explore new places and learn new things. Isla and Indy are a delight to have on board, and they will make your adventure more fun and memorable.
