An evening of movement, mindfulness, and river calm

Escape into nature and unwind with a peaceful evening yoga experience on a secluded riverside island. Begin with a scenic boat ride from the Lower West Peace Boat Launch, taking in the beauty of the river as you leave the day behind.

Once on the island, you will have time to explore, relax on the beach, or enjoy a light meal before or after class. Yoga takes place as the evening settles in—offering the perfect setting to slow your breath, move your body, and reconnect with yourself and nature.

This all-levels class is led by Laura from Peaceful Practice YOGA, a dedicated instructor with 18 years of personal practice and 2 years of teaching experience. Laura is passionate about creating a calming, restorative experience that feels welcoming and accessible to everyone.
